Apps I Use For Editing

When it comes to editing I always use my phone. I have never gotten around to editing on my laptop but that's probably because I don't pay for Creative Cloud. I also take all of my pictures on my phone! I have the iPhone 7 Plus and found it took great pictures and was less of a hassle because I didn't have to download them from my camera to my laptop then to my phone. Maybe that makes me sound a bit lazy but it is the way I enjoy editing my pictures so below is the apps I use on my phone to edit them!

1. TEZZA

This is my go-to app for filters. TEZZA is an influencer I've followed on Instagram for a while. I get tons of inspiration from her and when she came out with an app I had to download it. For a while I only used the three free filters on the app along with the other editing tools. Since then though I have purchased the full version to have access to all of the filters. My favorite is still Vintage which is one of the free filters.

2. VSCO

VSCO is a great app with lots of free filters and other editing tools. This is a common app people edit with and also is a form of social media where you can post your pictures on. For my sorority's Instagram I do use VSCO. I stick with the filter A6 for that page. I highly recommend VSCO, I used this for all of my pictures before the TEZZA app.

3. Snapseed

I use Snapseed for getting rid of any small blemishes I may have. This app has a lot of great features but I mostly only use it for the 'healing' tool. It works great for small blemishes but don't depend on it for any major adjustments, just things like pimples, a stain, etc.

In this photo my friend originally had a spaghetti sauce stain on her white shirt and I was able to get rid of it with Snapseed!

4. PicsArt

I don't exactly use this to edit my everyday photos but I use it to draw on photos, my poorly photo-shopped pictures and any quick graphics I want to make. I have used this app since 2012. It has so many fun features! (On my laptop I do use Canva though to make graphics mostly.)

5. kirakira+

This app I did have to pay a few dollars for but is so much fun! It picks up shiny things like lights, sequins, etc. and makes them shine.

6. VHS Cam

This is a fun app like kirakira+ where you can record videos or take photos and it will look like they were taken with an old VHS camera. This is fun for videos with friends and family of different memories!

7. Unfold

This app isn't specifically for editing but for Instagram stories. It has many different formats for you to choose and some extra packages you can purchase for a dollar each. This makes your Instagram stories look more professional or like famous influencer's. I found this app because bloggers I follow use it!

8. Preview

I use this app to prepare and see what picture I want to post next. If I'm being honest, I have mini photo shoots while I'm home with my amazing family as the photographers behind my phone. This way I can stock up and have fun pictures to post and don't have to really take them at school. With that though I had multiple pictures waiting to be posted so I like to prepare what order I'll post them in!

Those are the apps I use for different things to edit pictures or have fun! 10/10 recommend them all!
